With the world we live in now and the radical changes that occur on a daily basis, I feel it is important to implement a purpose into our lives. It is very important for everyone to have multiple purposes set out in their life. To ask, what their main purpose can be seen as a controversial question.  Each individual can attain as many purposes to achieve within the course of their life. Purposes can be associated with a person’s characteristics for instance; cultural, social, religion, family, and their outlook on life.  In society, amongst us we differ in values and ethics. It could be argued this divides us but, it also can been seen as positive as it allows us to view others perspective and bring us together and serve a purpose as an unity.
Furthermore, to understand one person rationale and listen to their view, can increase our knowledge and reflect on our own beliefs, ethics, morals.  I feel that our morals and beliefs is a develops our thoughts and can form our opinions and this is significant with how society is evolve.
As developing creators we are communicating with people, their ideologies through art and media. By having this opportunity to showcase, communicate and how we contribute the messages to society. As it stands with Covid-19 pandemic developing designers, face a number of challenges to work collaboratively, been creative and effective. As many of the ideas, designs, thoughts are currently held via having remote conversations and dependent on technology and this platform gives us a variation in the outcome.  Working in this enviroment can be demanding but, also enables us the time to reflect on the designs we develop and appreciate the efforts behind them.
There are numerous aspects within someone life and purpose, to have a purpose is to have a sense of direction in your life to achieve your ambitions and accomplish your objectives.
Within developers and creators we proceed with, we most often adheres to our own ethics and values and apply them within our daily practice. Recognising this, it will give you a sense of what career you inspire to have in the future, you have worked towards and longed for along with your moral compasses. Oppose to having ‘just a job’, a job can been seen as a survival and receiving a pay check and having no passion, value or desire to being there.
You are more likely to be more passionate about your career as you define what it is and develop where you wish to be. The journey you take complete your purpose in life can be accomplished and reconstructed at the same time to fit your life rather than having to reprioritise when and where in fits best to you. Purpose defines who you are as a human, as a person.
When you tell yourself you could do something for ever, your no longer being resentful because you’re associating timelessness to your state of being and realising and understanding what your purpose is. To find your purpose is to identify what motivates you and you enjoy it. To manifest something you want is setting an ambition and by doing so you are telling your superior consciousness that you have a purpose and you are going to set out and achieve it.
Purpose is not a tick off the list. It is something which is forever on going and it gives people a sense of what path to take in their life. It reminds people as to why they want to achieve their goals, their ambitions their aspirations. Life is very short and very gracious so we should grasp it much as possible and make sure the purpose we set out for ourselves is something which will benefit us now and in the future. If you set out to do something to make your  future self happy and  the purpose needs to be a motivation for you to wake up each morning and works towards.
The purpose which people choose for their lives shouldn’t  be something which can easily be achieved. When people say ‘to make money is my purpose in life’ is an invalid statement. What you choose to be your purpose has to be something which you feel change, a sense of growth and self worth within yourself. Although, money can be made by working anywhere is there a feeling of success, self- worth and therefore, not always deemed as a drive or motivator. To make money by doing something you love is an aspiration and to set a purpose to get closer to is how to realise what you are aiming towards. When you realise your worth and capabilities you should use them to their fullest potential which will obtain ambition and happiness by doing so.
When it comes to bringing my passion alive in design, I think it is interesting because I am able to produce a visual resemblance of my ideologies and thoughts in which I am able to share them to the world. It can be a very powerful force if everyones lives as it can be inspiring, empowering and enlightening. Design can galvanise the upcoming generation and give them a sense of purpose. To realise what your purpose is in your life requires critical thinking and deep reflection of oneself. Being a designer translates into many other positions. We are visualisers and the way we understand the facts and information we see, it is our duty to create a piece of work which people are able to recognise and read the message behind it. A design should be able to speak for itself and visually communicate with the reader for them to grasp the meaning.
